Service Description

On the first session we'll discuss your fitness goals and training preferences and also will perform a fitness level assessment. Then we'll design together a workout plan which may include stretching, core, balance, cardio, strength using different modalities (free weights, kettle bell, resistance bands, stability ball, Bossu ball, etc.)
